Feel free to use some or all of these questions in your cell group, Bible study, or with your family. Some questions will need to be reworded or omitted for smaller children.
1) Is the story of Shadrach Meshach and Abednego familiar to you? Is there any part of that story that jumps out at you or that you particularly like?
2) Shadrach Meshach and Abednego are often seen as examples of great courage. Can you think of a time in which you witnessed a person being courageous for their faith?
3) Like these three, Peter (in the reading from Acts) is also freed from imprisonment. Do you know someone who has been freed from a literal or metaphorical prison?
4) Christ says that he comes to set the captives free. Have you been freed from captivity? Would you be willing to tell the group about that?
